All appointments must be booked with a credit card number, pre-paid coupon number or gift certificate number on file.  There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, in the event of a "no-show" the credit card will be charged for the service that was booked,  the certificate or pre-paid coupon will be considered redeemed.
